Commercial Director/founder for Data Security Comapny
A new startup is targeting the high end of document storage for highly sensitive documents. The co-founder will take a lead on building the market entry plans, supervising the development of the software, and building the rest of the team. Key attributes include:
- Understanding of the data-storage market and the strengths and weakness of the products currently available and how they are sold.
- Solid understanding of the technology basics for document storage.
- Experience at a management level in the data-storage or allied markets.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the data-storage sector.
- Ability and enthusiasm to drive a start-up from scratch.

Founder/CTO/CAD Automation Engineer
A new startup is building an online portal for purchase of 3d items customised to that individual needs. Working with co-founders with extensive market knowledge who are seeking a co-founder is sought for this enterprise who is able to adapt designs and build an automated process from website to manufacture.
- Skilled in building CAD automation using blender or similar
- Experience or appetite to learn/commission the web integration of the automated cad system
- Ability to become the company's technical lead as it grows.
Part-time FD
The role of a good part-time FD for deep-tech ventures is often poorly understood. We are always on the lookout for individuals with the ability to work at the strategic board level on the company finances and help with fundraising activities, adding credibility in the offer to investors, whilst also helping (often first-time) founders get set up with the right banking, book-keeping and other financial resources to ensure use of their time is optimised.
- Experience at board level of startups
- Understanding of the demands of venture investors
- Ability to help present the company to potential investors and give them confidence in the company's financial governance
- Experience in managing outsourced book-keeping and payroll
- Ability, perhaps using outside resources, to ensure best use of R&D tax credit and to complete financial reporting for grants
